• Early morning or overnight clinical staffing support

Services are provided directly to healthcare facilities and organizations.

Modemsha LLC does NOT provide:

• Home medical visits
• Patient transportation
• Medical diagnosis
• Laboratory testing or laboratory processing

3. Professional Liability

All services provided by Modemsha LLC are performed by trained professionals operating within the scope of their credentials and applicable regulations.

Healthcare facilities remain responsible for:

• Clinical decision-making
• Specimen transport or courier services
• Laboratory processing and analysis
• Compliance with laboratory protocols
• Patient record documentation

4. Scheduling & Availability

Requests for staffing support are subject to availability.

Modemsha LLC reserves the right to decline, modify, or reschedule assignments based on staffing availability, operational requirements, or safety considerations.

5. Payment Terms

Service rates are provided upon request and may vary depending on:

• Facility location
• Hours requested
• Overnight or early morning coverage
• Specialty collections or additional services

Invoices are issued according to the service agreement executed between Modemsha LLC and the healthcare facility.

Payment terms will be defined in the signed service agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Facilities must provide reasonable notice if canceling scheduled services.

Short-notice cancellations may result in a cancellation fee depending on the scope of the scheduled assignment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Modemsha LLC is not liable for:

• Lost or delayed specimens
• Laboratory processing errors
• Delays caused by facility workflow
• Incorrect information provided by the healthcare facility
• Equipment or supply failures outside of our control

Modemsha LLC’s liability is limited to the cost of the contracted service.

8. Website Use

Visitors may not:

• Copy or misuse website content
• Interfere with website functionality
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the website
