After working as a laboratory assistant and providing phlebotomy services at more than a dozen clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities, the founder developed strong expertise in specimen collection, patient interaction, and clinical workflow support.

Working across many facilities provided exposure to a wide range of patient populations and care environments, including individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and healthcare needs. These experiences helped develop a strong foundation in patient-centered care, professionalism, and technical precision in phlebotomy.
